Information about the product:

Avian Vitamin A

Vitamin A Retinol is essential for maintaining normal skin and mucous membranes and helps maintain resistance to infection. Vitamin A, which is necessary for the growth and repair of cell membranes, plays an important role in the well-being of your birds. Vitamin A helps to maintain the soft, moist condition of the cells in the skin and lining of the digestive tract. This vitamin is also related to the health of the eyes and the prevention of night blindness.

Because it is a fatsoluble vitamin, the body requires the presence of dietary fats in order to use this vitamin. Beta-carotene, the pigment that gives vegetables their color, is a naturally occurring dietary chemical that the body can convert to useable Vitamin A. Failed eggs (up to 15% in the Sparrow hawk) showed vitamin deficiencies (vitamins A and B2), causing embryos to die. Shortages of these vitamins can also prevent egg production completely, matching the observed nonlaying in the Sparrow hawk. Vitamin A could be mixed through foods as well as nectar or drinking water.

Dosage:

Mix 1 measure spoon Vitamin A in 1 liter of drinking water of 1 kilo soft food.
Measure spoon of 5ml included.
